You are both strategic and tactical. You focus on the big picture while also executing on the day-to-day needs across all aspects of marketing. You thrive in ambiguity and enjoy creating structure and processes where they previously have not existed. You work well autonomously and have the acumen to bring in stakeholders as needed to gain alignment.

The Brand & Content Manager will:

  • Work with the executive team to develop a holistic marketing and brand strategy
  • Create long term plans for implementation of marketing strategies
  • Develop awareness campaigns and execute in collaboration with the broader team
  • Ensure branding consistency amongst all external documents and marketing initiatives
  • Manage and develop the company content strategy (blog, social media, case studies, website, one-pagers, ebooks)
  • Collaborate across different departments and work closely with internal stakeholders

The ideal candidate may have:

  • 5+ years of experience
  • Proven experience in long-form content creation, awareness campaigns and brand strategy
  • Experience marketing for professional services companies; Understanding of the consulting business model and business development life cycle
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple ongoing projects/workflows at once
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding
  • Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with startups is a plus
