Overview:  We are looking for a Brand Marketing Associate to support the development and execution of seasonal marketing campaigns, social media, partnerships, retail marketing and other brand marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and support Tea’s acquisition and retention goals. We’re looking for a creative, curious, collaborative, detail-oriented brand marketer who is eager to continue learning and grow with Tea. This role reports to the Director of Brand Marketing and will be responsible for marketing program management, managing Tea’s social media accounts, executing strategic marketing initiatives and partnerships, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to bring marketing campaigns to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Brand Marketing Director with seasonal marketing planning process, supporting the strategic development and execution of Tea’s weekly, monthly, and seasonal brand and product campaigns.
  • Work with cross-functional partners in performance marketing, creative, digital, merchandising, planning and retail partnerships to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Own day-to-day management of Tea’s social media presence across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and TikTok) including creating and posting content, managing organic social content calendar,  community engagement and management, moderating UGC content and measuring performance for organic social to guide future strategies.
  • Collaborate with Tea’s external agency on social media strategy, content development,  influencer marketing and PR to drive growth and engagement, and support Tea’s acquisition efforts by driving brand awareness.
  • Support Tea’s retail partners, including brick & mortar stores and online marketplaces, by developing and executing strategic point of sale, digital and social marketing programs to drive brand awareness in partnership with Tea’s external agency.
  • Execute brand partnerships, sweeps and other brand marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and grow Tea’s customer base.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in brand marketing, social media, digital marketing, communications, or similar role.
  • Fluent in social media trends, as well as analytics and measurement tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized, ability to prioritize projects and be flexible in a dynamic business environment.
  • Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creative, curious, collaborative, open-minded.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Social Media Platforms.
  • Knowledge of Wrike, Curalate a plus.
