At Zowie, we believe that buying online should feel like walking into your favorite local shop: personal, friendly, and easy. Our mission is to recreate offline shopping experiences online - but better.

Zowie brings speed and empathy to customer interactions. Our platform automates responses to repetitive questions around return policy, order status, etc. and saves time for customer service agents, who can then proactively turn website visitors into paying customers. It can work as an add-on with existing tools (Zendesk, Shopify, Gorgias, etc.) or become a standalone customer service platform.

What you'll do:

  • Work in close alignment with the Head of Marketing and develop high-level, channel, and campaign-specific content strategies
  • Create, manage, and execute the editorial calendar with both in-house copywriters and external collaborators
  • Set up a research and data-driven approach to content creation to bring measurable results
  • Work closely with the Product Team to make sure all product milestones are communicated properly
  • Support the Sales Team by executing sales enablement materials
  • Bring outside-the-box thinking to content and create high-quality content across all channels–social media, blog, etc.

Ideally, you'll bring with you:

  • 2+ years of experience in leading a Content Team
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B tech industry
  • The ability to think strategically and define a long-term vision and goals for your team in alignment with Zowie’s business goals
  • A proven track record in SEO and SEM
  • Hands-on experience in setting up content marketing strategies
  • The ability to combine data-driven analytical skills with a creative flair that can imaginatively present knowledge
  • The personality of a curious, high-achieving self-starter who works well under pressure
  • The ability to lead projects with a high level of autonomy, ambition, and a growth mindset
  • Fluency in English (preferably native-level)
