Job Description

Reporting into the Head of Demand Generation, the B2B Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for driving Hired’s value proposition and top-of-funnel strategy. Key responsibilities include supporting planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns to generate new leads and nurture existing leads while ensuring lead quality and movement through the sales funnel.

The primary mission of this role is to help fill our sales pipeline with qualified leads and to drive those leads from opportunities to wins. The right candidate will be proactive, analytical, and results-driven with a strong passion for marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and optimize custom landing pages including writing engaging copy that will attract and convert leads
  • Orchestrate and optimize targeted lead nurture email campaigns based on our key personas
  • Monitor lead quality and analyze trends to improve our targeting
  • Drive marketing and sales alignment by regularly communicating campaigns and programs to key stakeholders
  • Maintain a data-driven approach through continual experimentation and optimization
  • Support with measurement, analysis, and reporting performance of campaigns
  • Proactively propose ideas for new campaigns to reach our pipeline goals
  • Continually innovate processes and source, test, and evaluate potential new sources of lead-driving activities
  • Partner with marketing operations to manage and maintain marketing database including list segmentation, pruning and quarterly hygiene adjustments
