The Conversation Manager position will report to the Senior Manager, Client Happiness.

As the Conversion Manager, you will:

  • Play a pivotal role in leading outbound service/sales and conversion
  • Drive efforts to enhance conversion rates across various phases of the funnel.
  • Be responsible for managing and inspiring a team of 5-15 professionals, shaping the outbound strategy, and measuring the success of these efforts.
  • Be instrumental in driving growth and revenue for our organization.

Your Impact:

  • Optimization and Outbound Strategy - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate and execute outbound service/sales strategies that align with organizational goals while continuously analyzing, refining, and overseeing outbound efforts to enhance conversion rates throughout the customer journey, including planning, execution, and optimization of outbound campaigns for maximum conversion rates.
  • Team Leadership & Performance Management - Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 5-15 professionals to meet and exceed conversion targets and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of outbound efforts.
  • Data & Reporting -  Generate regular reports and represent findings to leadership, highlighting successes and areas for improvement. Utilize data and analytics to gain insights into customer behavior, identify conversion bottlenecks, and recommend actionable improvements, plus develop, track, iterate, and maintain an agent incentive program.
  • Customer Focus - Foster and maintain a customer-centric approach throughout the conversion process, prioritizing a positive customer experience and establishing long-lasting relationships.
  • Compliance Oversight -  Ensure that all outbound service/sales and conversion efforts adhere to industry regulations and internal compliance policies; conduct regular compliance audits and take corrective actions as necessary.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in service/sales management or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of outbound service/sales strategies, conversion optimization, and customer engagement.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding conversion targets proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies, and familiarity with CRM software Zendesk or other tools and marketing automation tools is a plus.

Even Better:

  • Previous experience in outbound service/sales within financial services or financial technology.
  • Certifications in sales or marketing.
  • Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques.

We are showcasing a range and actual starting pay may be based on several factors including but not limited to, market rate, the qualified pool of candidates, internal compensation, candidate location, and budgetary constraints. This number does not necessarily reflect your total compensation, but is a range for your base salary.
