Product Marketing Manager

Arcadia is the technology company empowering energy innovators and consumers to fight the climate crisis. Our software and APIs are revolutionizing an industry held back by outdated systems and institutions by creating unprecedented access to the data and clean energy needed to make a decarbonized energy grid possible.

In 2014, Arcadia set out on its mission to break the fossil fuel monopoly and since then we have been knocking down the institutional barriers to unlock decarbonization. To date, we have connected hundreds of thousands of consumers and small businesses with high-quality clean energy options. Fast forward to today, and now, we’re thinking even bigger.

We have launched Arc, an industry-defining SaaS platform that empowers developers and energy innovators to deliver their own custom, personalized energy experiences, accelerating the transformation of the industry from an analog energy system into a digitized information network.

Taking on one of the world’s biggest challenges requires out-of-the-box thinking & varied perspectives. We’re building a team of individuals from different backgrounds, industries, & educational experiences. If you share our passion for ushering in the era of the clean electron, we look forward to learning what you would uniquely bring to Arcadia!

What we’re looking for

To accelerate growth of the Arc Platform, which brings Arcadia’s technological capabilities to enterprises and software developers of all sizes we are looking to bring on an experienced product marketer. We are looking for someone with shown success in driving product demand, adoption and sales enablement and is excited by the opportunity to deliver against bold goals.

You will be responsible for helping to develop audience personas, segmentation, product adoption and establishing audience and product messaging alignment across Arc’s growing suite of tech products. To do this successfully you must be able to lead ongoing market research as well as deliver on comprehensive go-to-market plans.

In this role, you will report into the Director of Lifecycle and Product Marketing and work hand-in-hand with a cross-functional team of product managers, sales representatives & creatives, providing them with a clear perspective on the market needs and value propositions that set up Arc’s products for long-term success.

Your past experience should include an understanding of product strategy, market segmentation, market research and analysis, product positioning and go-to-market execution. If you live at the intersection of business, art & science, have deep empathy for your users, and are comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels, this is the role for you.
