We are looking for an experienced writer to produce and review long-form, in-depth content that offers the internet’s best answers to finance-related questions and topics. This person will be an integral part of Plaid’s Content Marketing team to help us scale our search driven content program aimed  at amplifying Plaid’s thought leadership and brand awareness, capturing quality inbound search traffic, generating leads, and increasing revenue.

In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, structuring, writing, and editing long-form, search-optimized articles, driving content production from start to finish. You should understand the principles of SEO, what makes a post most useful for searchers, and how to structure your writing to match reader intent and drive reader engagement.
