Ritual is a seed-stage consumer mental health startup backed by strong funds, with a core focus on relationship health. Having shown early signs of product-market fit (PMF), we are transitioning from our foundational phase and are ready to scale our growth initiatives. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a hands-on approach, embodying a "builder phase" mindset, to lead these efforts.
The Head of Growth will drive user acquisition, activation, engagement, and monetization strategies. This role requires not only strategic planning but also hands-on execution capabilities, as well as strong analytical skills. The individual will work closely with the company founders, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and objectives, and will be supported by various team members and contractors. The candidate should possess a founder mindset, ready to leverage Ritual's network and resources to achieve growth objectives.
- Growth Hacking: Ideate and implement creative growth strategies, including referral loops, pricing mechanics, and opt-in strategies.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Identify opportunities for optimization across the website and user flow, collaborating with product and engineering teams.
- Product Marketing & Consumer Insights: Evolve strategies based on consumer insights and market trends.
- Email Marketing/CRM: Build and execute email marketing strategies, including content creation, segmentation, and experimentation.
- Affiliate/Influencer Marketing: Drive strategy and closely oversee agency relationships to maximize influencer partnerships.
- Paid Social & Search: Oversee and execute strategies for paid social media and search campaigns.
- Data/Analytics: Build and interpret dashboards, ensuring accurate data pathways and collaborating with operations for capacity planning.
- Growth Ops/Systems: Ensure the right tools and systems are in place for scalable growth.
- 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or related roles, with B2C experience being a must.
- Proven experience managing a budget of at least $50K+ in monthly marketing spend.
- Strong "jack/jane of all trades" mentality with a growth-focused approach.
- Experience in high-consideration products, preferably in healthcare.
- Experience with North American audiences is an advantage, as the main market is North America with possible expansion into Europe.
- Ability to strategize at a high level while also diving deep into tactical execution.

What You Need to Know:
- Time Zone Difference: A big part of the team is located in Israel (10h difference from Pacific Time). This means that flexibility to have meaningful overlap (10h weekly or more) with Israel's business hours will be necessary to ensure effective communication and collaboration with the entire team.
