We've built a better way. Our advanced matching software identifies the perfect candidates across all recruiting channels and candidate sources, and drives the hiring process to create a seamless, white-glove experience for both companies and candidates.

For startups, this is essentially a recruiting-department-in-a-box they can plug in to immediately uplevel their recruiting. With larger companies, we work alongside individual hiring managers to provide them with a miniature personal recruiting department. Our big realization was that recruiting is really 10% strategic work and 90% administrative work -we've built a product that helps hiring teams with the 10% strategic work while automating the 90% of tedious work in a white-glove, high-touch way to create an amazing candidate experience. But since our product is totally white-labeled, to candidates it looks like the client company is really on top of their hiring process.

About the role

We're looking for a Growth Marketer to take the lead on developing and executing marketing automation throughout the customer lifecycle. Your work will help progress leads down the funnel, accelerate new users' value, and drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities among existing customers.

You'll be our resident expert and chief evangelist for all things related to lifecycle automation. You'll partner with cross-functional GTM teams on a range of initiatives, helping them achieve various goals and targets via applying your deep automation expertise and capabilities.

What you'll do

  • Generate interesting and compelling ad copies and creative for campaigns every month
  • Create and run email marketing campaigns, to both nurture known INQs and convert cold prospects into active sales leads
  • You'll manage all of our social media promotion and engagement (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook) to improve our audience score, engagement and lead flow.
  • You'll create our campaigns in each ad platform and manage and optimize their performance over time. This is key to our paid acquisition strategy.
  • You'll create and optimize our landing pages and post click conversion funnel in cooperation with others on the team.

What we're seeking

Must have

  • You are familiar with data analysis
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • At least 3 years of experience
  • Previous experience in marketing management, campaign management, or email marketing
  • Previous experience in customer outbound marketing
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms (such as HubSpot)
  • Working knowledge of social media advertising and promotion
  • US work authorization required, we do not support visa transfers
  • We are looking for someone who can work remotely from the US

Nice to have

  • BA or MBA in marketing
  • Experience at series A start-up rapidly scaling
  • Experience in HR tech
  • Previous experience as an SDR or Outbound sales person
  • Having managed advertising budget across multiple campaigns
  • Web and/or graphic design experience
