With larger companies, we work alongside individual hiring managers to provide them with a miniature personal recruiting department. Our big realization was that recruiting is really 10% strategic work and 90% administrative work -we've built a product that helps hiring teams with the 10% strategic work while automating the 90% of tedious work in a white-glove, high-touch way to create an amazing candidate experience. But since our product is totally white-labeled, to candidates it looks like the client company is really on top of their hiring process.
We're looking for a Growth Marketer to take the lead on developing and executing marketing automation throughout the customer lifecycle. Your work will help progress leads down the funnel, accelerate new users' value, and drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities among existing customers.
You'll be our resident expert and chief evangelist for all things related to lifecycle automation. You'll partner with cross-functional GTM teams on a range of initiatives, helping them achieve various goals and targets via applying your deep automation expertise and capabilities.
