Hey Jane is hiring a Head of Marketing to bring our mission of “Healthcare, on your terms” to as many patients as possible. As a core part of the leadership team, you will work closely with our CEO to define and execute Hey Jane’s marketing roadmap across our current key functions - search, product marketing, brand marketing and communications - while considering strategic investment in new channels. You’ll be supported in achieving our ambitious goals by our incredibly talented and audacious 3-person marketing team, while building out a hiring pipeline to drive future growth.

The ideal hire will feel empowered to break down complex problems into actionable and scalable solutions, and ruthlessly prioritize where you choose to focus. You will be comfortable shifting seamlessly between getting your hands dirty in CAC analysis to high-level strategic thinking. Building a nuanced understanding of our patients and their needs will be core to success in this role, and undergoing thoughtful user research to refine Hey Jane’s messaging and brand will be essential. We are looking for someone with the analytical mindset to build insightful dashboards and make decisions strongly rooted in data, who can also ideate creative solutions with an eye for design. Most of all, we are looking for someone passionate about disrupting the status quo of reproductive care and building a future where complete, stigma-free care is available to all.

You are...

  • 8+ years experience in marketing with at least 2 at an early-stage startup or hypergrowth company
  • A proven leader with at least 3 years of management experience and a track record of building high performing teams
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute growth and marketing strategies that scale
  • Experience across many marketing functions: search, social, CRM, brand marketing, product marketing, comms, etc.
  • A natural collaborator who seeks out feedback and ideas from team members
  • Ability to thrive and adapt in an extremely ambiguous and dynamic environment
  • Excellent communicator across formats: verbal, written and data
  • Passion for making better healthcare accessible to all
