PLEASE NOTE: This is a project / limited term position with an estimated duration of up to 12 months, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed.

Overview

The Gaming Marketing Coordinator is responsible for helping to support the properties pertaining to fantasy sports, sports betting, & free to play contests. This person in this role needs to have a thorough understanding of the company’s products. The individual will also assist the Marketing department on multiple projects simultaneously in order to meet marketing goals. This person should be detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to work both independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Innovate engagement experience for consumers around core sport tentpoles
  • Assist in planning and execution of gaming marketing campaigns from inception to recap
  • Work closely with internal teams to evangelize marketing plans
  • Communicate with key partners of the larger consumer engagement team to collaborate and build optimal alignment
  • Perform quality assurance checks for all email launches
  • Support the Sr. Manager, Consumer Engagement with all projects related to this position

Qualifications/Requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing and promotions, highly preferred in an online B2C environment
  • Experience creating well written and engaging marketing copy
  • Experience assisting in e-mail aspects of marketing campaigns, including experience with analytical tools and mass communication marketing solutions
  • Basic computer knowledge of all Microsoft Office & Adobe suite of products
  • Basic HTML, CSS and graphic design skills is a plus
  • Prior knowledge or experience in sports betting/fantasy sports and experience in sports in general is a plus
  • Basic familiarity with email marketing platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, etc.) a plus
