With backing from some of the top-tier VCs and largest asset managers in the world, we’re looking for someone to join the marketing organization to help drive efficiency across the org and with external marketing partners. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to manage multiple workflows across various teams externally and internally.

The Role

The Marketing Manager is driven, collaborative, highly data-focused, and experienced in building marketing processes while collaborating cross-departmentally. You’ll be responsible for collaborating with the VP of Marketing and Communications to set and execute an integrated marketing plan to drive productivity across the marketing team, partners, and internal departments. You need to be well-organized, have experience driving cross-functional marketing programs, integrated campaigns, and be current with the latest in all things alternative finance. You should be comfortable working with sales teams, executives, and global counterparts.

Strong candidates are self-motivated, proactive in understanding business needs, and take initiative. Internally you will work with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Compliance teams to ideate, plan, and deliver impactful campaigns intended to drive integrations, new user acquisition, repeat usage, and overall team efficiency. You should feel comfortable thinking across several different product categories and have a deep understanding of financial services.

Responsibilities

  • The main point of contact for all touchpoints for external partners and internal teams.
  • Help execute overall strategy and campaigns across key verticals and marketing channels.
  • Project manage campaigns and external initiatives from inception to execution.
  • Work with cross-functional leaders internally to bring marketing initiatives to life.
  • Build a roadmap, project-manage, and execute affiliate marketing partnerships.
  • Work to build clear messaging and campaign testing plans within the growth and performance teams.
  • Use industry knowledge and research to forecast marketing opportunities that drive business goals.
  • Partner with cross-functional internal teams to drive process efficiencies and share findings to advise future-state.
  • Work with the VP of Marketing to create and develop campaign creative and collateral.
  • Manage metrics to incrementally understand conversion and funnel efficiency.

What We Look For

  • Minimum of 4+ years of marketing experience; B2B and/or financial services a plus.
  • Experience with managing and scaling marketing initiatives, identifying decision-makers, and executing.
  • Consistent track record of hitting and exceeding quotas.

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Slack, Microsoft Office & GSuite
  • Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
  • Fintech experience is a plus!
